i got too fat

i’m so hungry nowdays i don’t know why
i’m 140 lbs and 5′2 , i was 105 at the beginning of this year….ugh
i need to lose a lot, i know, i mostly eat at night, i get too hungry, plus my boyfriend broke up with me and i feel so depressed

to lose weight effectively, it is MUCH better to EXERCISE rather then eat less! your body will just ADAPT to eating less so its really not the right thing to do.

i promise you if you just run a mile every day you will lose that weight very fast.

but most of all, just stop and look at life for a second and realize you are the one in control and you tell your body what to do, not vice versa.

Looks like you are mainly using food as comfort… instead why not exercise?
About your eating habits, how bout snacking troughout the day on healthy snacks like fruits and granola bars… try not to eat too much at night, rather have a healthy breakfast and light small meals troughout the day…

Don’t buy junk or high fat foods. When you are hungry eat veggies or other light snacks.

Portion control is very important. It take a balanced diet AND excersise to lose weight

All who have posted give great advice!

Try not to eat too late at night. And if you do, try and have healthier snacks! Fresh fruit, fat-free yogurt!?!
And…if you take up exercising, you’d kill two birds with one stone!
Exercising releases endorphins, which make you happy!! At the same time, you will be sculpting your body, making it lean and sexy~ which will def. make you happy in the end!

You’re ex will realize what he’s lost and WISH he could have you back! Hopefully you will see that you don’t need him, and are happier & healthier withOUT him!
