Get sunlight and exercise. Make yourself go out and do things.

If this is unusual for you it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor and go in for a check up.

Try a different doc. There may be something wrong with you physically.

They are many things that can go wrong physically. My cousin couldn’t stay awake for a few days and when she fell asleep the last time she woke up in the hospital. She has a lung infection that create tumors on her lungs. They managed to get it cleared up and it did go away. So sleeping a lot can be serious. Talk care of yourself.

I agree with Cell get a little exercise and sunlight, like going for a short walk. A decrease in certain vitamins and proper exercise with cause you to be very tired. Like low vitamin D or low Iron. So make sure you go back to the doctor.

If it is nothing physical, what has changed recently to cause this? Have you been through a bad experience? Do you want to talk about it?

Are you still in love with someone else? Are you sure you want to be with the guy you are with at the moment? I am like you in a way. I sometimes feel like I am only existing not living. Depression is diabling you can’t do anything and people have a tendency to tell you that if you want to be happy then you will at elast thats what i get told a lot. Try to talk to someone and work through your issues and get to the root of your problem. it took me 6 years to talk and that was torture. it helps to have someone who can help
