Anyone else got the brain shivers?

I just stopped taking my effexor…Does anyone know how to get rid of the terrible withdrawal symptoms? They are awful!

i was being weaned off of it, at 35 mg for like 3 months, but i want to be done with it for good. but the side effects are overwhelming. i heard that benadryl can help….
