NEON PARTY (Y)

i am going to a neon party, i have never been to one before and dont really know what to wear. Please could you help.
I am thinking of wearing one bright blue leg warmer and one bright pink also a tutu but i am unsure of the colour, shoes and top. I dont want expensive top because i am going to put random neon paint over me please help!!!

well if you do wear a tutu you should do a white one and cover it in neon paint splatters- but it might be hard to dance in. you could do the same thing to a cheap white tank top. maybe get glow-in-in-the-dark-neon-colored fabric paints? that would be cool! also- if there are going to be black-lights (there almost always are at the ones ive been to- but i have no idea about yours) then you should use pink and green highlighters to decorate your face. put the pink on your lips and the green around your eyes- and under the black-light they’ll glow! (u can also use orange and yellow-but blue doesnt show up. niether does purple)

just wear comfy shoes- like plain ballet flats. you will be dancing anyway- and you dont want to get paint on your good heels! lol!
