this is my 3rd attempt to get a mesage posted-why do you make it so hard?

You got my e-mail wrong twice & so it appears i have to start AGAIN. i have been trying to reach tv.com since 9-23-08 to rectify a fraudulaunt purchase for $86.00. I did start trying 10 min after the order was processed, have notified fbi, bbb, the president, fx news, etc etc and they are all working to get an adddress or some person in authority that can help. no luck so far & i need the money.
