hey guys, and girls……..i am a 13year-old girl, i weigh 170lbs……im a little muscular……. and my height is 5′2ft……………. i am over weight even though i am muscular?! i need to know the best way to lose weight…. dieting,and maybe exercise wise…… and the best way to look thiner…….no matter what i wear……… if you can help me, then THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! lots of love! :)

I advise that you drink LOTS of water. And when you’re hungry, avoid loads of carbohydrates. If you need it, then only have a small amount. Like, one slice of bread, or two small potatoes etc.

Eat plenty of fruit and veg too, they’ll also make your skin shine! :]

And walk for 30 minutes daily, or jog.

It sounds pretty obvious, but it does really help!

a lot of fiber is going to clean your sistem, (orange, grapefruit, brocoly, all greens in salad, strauberry, pineaple, etc.) juice without cream or milk, fruits, and a very small supper, after 7: 00 p.m.; u should not eat, hony. Not chocolate candies, not pizza, not bread, if you take one of those, like bread, pasta or pizza, u’ll have to keep away from dinner at night. ok?
