I need some help with this problem i have.

This thing has been going on since i woke up today and its a sort of a tight pinch in my stomach kind of feels like its twisting. And every time i would stand up or walk around (sometimes even when im sitting)i get the pain and its really been bothering me and the only way i can be comfortable is by laying on my back. I want to know what i should do or take any pills or anything.

You have colic, I’m pretty sure… does it just make you want to move all the time, like squirmy whilst lying on your back?

I honestly think it’s trapped wind. If you feel like lying on your back, which you did, which is the best way of relieving the pain. If it’s made a creepy noise, the wind possibly moving around inside you. I would take some pain killers, do the yoga move for a few mins where you bend over and put your hands on the floor a yard in front of you with your rear in the air and lie down when it’s too sore. If you are still really worried you could go see the doctor, but it’s still limited what they can do if it actually does turn out to be a stomach bug.

Get better :)

Put something warm on your stomach like a hot water bottle and if its trapped wind that should ease it a bit, then massage your stomach

Yeah gas! If you get it trapped too high up, it really is the most horrendous pain. I had it once and all I could do to ease the pain was to lie on my back and squirm, I couldn’t stay at all still. Once you’ve passed the wind (which it possibly is) then you’ll feel better of course.

Do you actually feel sick?

It could be something like just a pulled muscle, or it could be something very

serious. If it doesn’t go away within a couple of days you should get it checked

out.
