My brother is getting neglected by my mother.
I am 17, and live in a foster home, which I placed myself in a year and a half ago, because my mother was neglecting me. My brother has a history of mental health issues, and my mom is trying to send him to another facility. I dont want my brother to be sent away, but I dont think my mother should retain custety of my brother. Any suggestons of legal help would be appriciated. I plan on getting dcyf involved, and my grandmother plans to take him in. He has a court date the day before thanksgiving.
