Dog with small ear bumps.

She’s a Jack Russell with small ear bumps? that are like scabs. She whelps if someone touches them and she recently got diarrhea the past two days. Anyone know anything? I dont need responses telling me to go to the vet.

Could be ear mites. You can get ear wash at the pharmacy or the pet aisle at grocery store for it. If he scratches enough it would cause scabs. If you haven’t seen fleas, ear mites (or possibly a fungus) is a good guess.
