Ahhh!

I just shocked my middle and index finger plugging in a power cord, now its really starting to hurt! what do i do

I don’t think it is too serious. I have done what you just did before. My fingers felt like they were having an electric shock for about 5-10 minutes straight. I wouldn’t worry too much. Maybe just see a doctor a little later…

Check your appliance carefully for defects. Might be worth getting an electrician to check over your system too. In theory, a properly earthed and protected system should cut out if there is a risk of shock.

Make sure your circuit breakers and fuses are all correct.
