I really have to pee but i’m in bed and all warm and its below freezing out and if i get up i’ll be cold i’m seriously considering using the trash can right next to mebut then id have to get up and empty it from the smell

Get off the web and go do something you enjoy. Maybe go take a walk if you’re in a safe neighborhood. Exercise is good for getting your mind out of that “weird” mode.

jana here.we all have bad days,some poeples’ just last longer than others.i don’t know if it will help,but i’ll tell you about my really bad day and maybe,you can find a laugh or twy from it.if you want to hear it.it turned around,but the whole day was ,well,stupid,if you are still on and want to hear tell me
