In my sleep I speak a wierd language…I have been doing this for about 5 years on and off.

It seems to go through phases. I wake myself up doing it. Ity sounds like gobbledeeegook to me but it is always the same kind of sound…any ideas????

I have no clue. I talk in my sleep. I wish it could just sound like noises. You are very lucky. All my feelings about people come out while in my sleep and is not always a good thing. Just be lucky it sounds weird

as anonymous said be grateful its gobbledegook up until a year ago my nights where filled with me screamn crying or something equally weird , if it bothers you that much i would tape it & mayb see if you can find out what you are sayn best of luck with it i know how disturbing these things can be

I often mumble in my sleep. One time someone was getting really close to my face to listen. I woke up but kept pretending to sleep and kept quietly mumbling. after a few minutes I opened my eyes and screamed “I WILL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL!” in a demonic voice.
