Up all night.

It has some health benefits. Depressed people reset themselves in some way mentally I have heard if they stay up all night.

where did you hear that?

I’m been down twice in my life. Last time I stayed up almost all night for a month, really threw my brain out, but it did help in the end I guess, stopped my thinking to much as I was too tired and didn’t interact with people.

Just come out a 2nd effort and yep, did the same thing. Sounds like an unhealthy way to do it though, but I needed a reset.
