i recently bought a speedtouch 576 v6 wireless router and have been trying to install it with some software i downloaded off the aol help website.

the installation works untill it reaces the 5 test’s part of the instillation it fails after test 2.

test 2 is to do with the screen name that you use when you log on, it is the original master screename and the password is correct but it keeps failing test 2.

i have tryed what the troubleshooting says but it doesent help and aol help never awnser the phone so what can i do to get it working??

please help its been annoying me for about 4 days.
