It is possible, but you can’t do without interacting people. You can keep trading the way you do now. Most people who offer, don’t look at the people that search.

You don’t necessarily need to have physical stock to ’sell items’. You can either do drop shipping, or better yet, search for ‘affiliate marketing’ and ‘affiliate programs’. This is a big industry and you could make a comfortable living if you dedicate your full time to it. I wish you success and prosperity. Peace.
