computer help: I have a complete backup from “Backup MY PC” on an external drive. - Help.com

I have a complete backup from “Backup MY PC” on an external drive.

I had to reformat the computer and reinstalled the backup software.This reinstall does not have the catalog to call the backup. The company is out of business.
How can I restore from the saved backup?
