Book help - I need a disease

Okay, I’m writing a story in which the main character has some sort of disease. I need it to be incurable, not affect physical appearance, and be something small but incredibly deadly (deadly like simply falling could kill the character).

Anyone know of a disease like that, or something that’s just a really deadly disease that could just kill someone out of no where?
