my system indicates that adobe air in damaged and that

i need to either contact you or re-install - unfortunately the windows xp professional that i am running cannot or will not remove the program that is damaged

Contact Adobe or Microsoft. They should know what to do.

You need to go to adobe.com and look at the FAQ section on how to remove or repair damaged programs. Hope this helps :-)
