well first of all you have to do ab exercises dont do them everyday cause your muscle need to rest so three time a week is good basically…

this is for the diet of starving it really should be the opposite hehe :D lol
when you starve yourself your metabolist goes down which means your body stops burning fat on it’s own , so when you eat your metabolist reaction in ur body goes up so eating a little meal every 3 hours is really good and better than startving yourself since the body goes to safe mode and shut down

The best diet I have ever gone on for fat in the stomache area is the South Beach Diet. You will lose Stomach Fat first. You should still do Ab exercises to tone yourself.

Most of this is almost right. The eating small meals more often is correct. Doing that helps boost the metabolism(breakfast is the most important meal). Try to completly cut out the excess snacking. Cut out the drinks with sugar(pop, iced tea, etc.). Water is the best. I would recommend my workout(Virginia Techs wrestling teams ab workout), but you need a partner to do this and Im assuming you dont have one. The best substitute is to get a large workout ball.(not a medicine ball) It is best to do your ab exercises on this ball becuase it requires you to stabalize the ball thus working your core more. You are able to work the upper and lower abs as well as the obliques(cant forget about them). Doing just ab exercises will not burn the fat though. You need to mix in SOME form of cardio. I recommend swimming.(tedious jumprope, running, etc.). Swimming is the best exercise possible for the ENTIRE body and burns an amazing amount of calories and fat.(And not to mention it will tone the other parts of your body as well!). Getting a “six-pack” is not easy. It will take alot of work to get there, but dont give up! I hope this post helped you.

Ab exercises WILL NOT reduce stomach fat, you cannot spot reduce fat as much as we all want to =[. Proper diet and exercise will be the way to get rid of that fat. Try adding running 3-4 days a week and lifting 2-4 days a week into your regimen.

As far as lifting goes, concentrate on compound movements such as bench press, squats, deadlifts and shoulder presses. Do each of these in a workout for 3 sets of 12 reps or so. Add in some ancillary ab work merely because it will help your lifts and allow you to work most of your muscles. Don’t worry this won’t make you huge.

Try to reduce the amount of calories you ingest by a small amount. Remember that it will take a bit of time, however, this is the healthy way to lose that weight.
