writing help: i have a problem when i always switch on my pc.. - Help.com

i have a problem when i always switch on my pc..

1.nothing but it asks for a boot options ,that is boot from cd..A disk read error occurred..
2.my another problem is it pops a message that , windows delayed write failed C:windows\system32\con fig file has been lost.try to save the file somewhere else and it just hangs … could u plz rectify my problem and give a clear solution.

Your hard drive is screwing with you and your windows installation is damaged somehow. You’ll have to boot using the windows disc and do a windows restore. The restore you are looking for is the second one. The first one takes you to the restore console and the second one will restore your windows installation. After you can boot into windows then you’ll need to upgrade the controller and chipset firmware from the manufacturers website.

restart your computer and press F 11 ,click down to the second..
