Are you a freshman in college? I know my freshman year i felt the same way. But everything works out. You just have to sit down and worry about one thing at a time. Sit down, write one essay, then move on to the next. It always feels like a lot of work but when you get done your gonna look back and think that wasn’t so bad. Trust me, just take a few deep breaths and calm down. Then get to work.

when i felt like that in college, the first thing I did, was call a friend who probably felt similar, took a break, walked to the student center and bought some ice cream to share. Sometimes we’d bring our work to study there. Sometimes taking a small break is refreshing and the best thing you can do for yourself and your studies. As for exams… what I always did, was calculated my grade. I was often in the boat that I had a solid 85, so if i aced the exam, i’d only get an 89 percent in the class, and if got at least a 60 percent or something, I’d still get a b in the class. took some of the stress off for me, since my grade wouldn’t change no matter how well or poorly i did on the exam. so, then i could just study and make paper snowflakes to hang on the ceiling.

You can solve your problems by relaxing your mind coz if you continuously say you are freaking out….it won’t help you. First things first…..so if your writing essays is the first task then do it………if your exams come first……..then study for the exams……..time management and right attitude will greatly help solve your problem. Cheer up!

prepare a schedule for yourself, then basically just try your best to stick with it. and for the love of everything that is good and holy, stop freaking out and start doing the work!. i used to do ’sleepless nights’ on near exam days, for a week or so in only slept for 2 hours a day max!, turns out it’s not very good for you.

Break up the tasks into small, manageable portions. Don’t try to build Rome in one day. Build a little bit at a time . . . and don’t wait until the last minute!
