life help: I think I am expecting too much in a house to be 19……..but am I really? - Help.com

I think I am expecting too much in a house to be 19…

…..but am I really?

Here is what I am looking for…..hardwood floors through living space (bedrooms do not matter), decent size kitchen (would prefer stainless steel), granite or concrete countertops would be awesome, high ceilings (so it does not feel cramped), decent size backyard..a place with 2000 square feet, 12″+ ceilings main living area…

Those above are just something I am looking for

I found a 1106 sq. ft. home w/ 2 bed & 2 bath. 9″ celings (open floor plan), kitchen(dishwasher, microwave, frige, oven included) with seperate dining area (not too big), Stained concrete floors thought main living area, bedroom has walk in closets, HOA provides cable, high speed internet, and a security system. HOA fees are virtually $0 (because it’s included in monthly rent and it does not really say how much it is, rent is just a flat monthly payment.

Am i expecting to much for a college student? Should I just go with what I found?

I am 19 and in my 2nd year
