I was born in U.S.A and I have American Passport but I can get SSN.

Without SSN I can issue state I.D or, driving license, and even open bank account SSN office was giving me hard times every time I went there. I don’t know what to do

If you were born in the US you probably have an SSN. If you don’t, request one through your state’s social security office. You’ll have to prove a lot of stuff, so ask what you need.
