I am so Maddddddd!

I was hit by someone yesterday which tore up my front bumper and radiator. Now I found out he was kept off of his wifes policy so I am going to have to pay the 200 deductible for uninsured motorist that I have and this person is going to walk a way without any worries. Any ideas on this I really hate to pay this 200 dollars when I was not at fault.

Talk to a lawyer and see if you can still pursue him for damages.

Sue him in small claims. His wife is still liable for the damages.

Not to be mean ..but it could be worse. :/
Once, a lady hit me and had no insurance. That was probably about three years ago, and she still owes me over $2,000. Hasn’t paid a dime in about two years.
