well it’s thanksgivings and on December ,it’s Christmas ,American parents can hardly or can’t afford at all gifts for their kids or teens ,well isn’t that a good time for Family Quality time instead hanging out in the mall buying expensive gifts ?

I wish everyone thought the same way as you. Quality time is good but I bet the majority of people are spending it worrying about what they can and can’t afford this season.

That’s a brilliant philosophy to have! I admit I hadn’t looked at it that way, but then again, I don’t think my family is worrying too much about superficial things anyway :) Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I work in retail and I see how materialistic people can be. I mean, who goes and spends $5000 on Christmas? Geez!
