I am doing a science project on AI.

I will demonstrate AI in a program that plays tic tac toe. I haveW the code, but am having trouble finding a way to run it. What could I use?

You didn’t mention the code language. Have you developed your own novel algorithm and a creative way of demonstrating it real-time, or are you copying something such as NegaMax to demonstrate a primitive brute force option elimination?
IMHO, true AI would mean a computer gradually learns for itself how to guarantee itself a win or tie.
Does your code rely on a defensive or offensive test strategy?
Does it test for wins?
