Can anyone help..

Im having a real hard time finding the motivation to sit down and study ,I need advice on becoming motivated and better focased .
Any little quote you yourself us to help you reach your full potential ,would really help:)

The hardest part for me on motivation is just getting started. So basically, I will just tell myself that I am going to work for like 30 minutes and then stop. Usually, once I’m started, I will just keep going past what I originally planned. See if that helps, maybe?

ditto iwana. I tell myself just pick something and start, just one thing. Complete it and then tell yourself, “just one thing. Just do one.” Pretty soon, it’s all done.
