Hi—I can’t play my cd’s or dvds–i keep getting the

error message–”not responding”–i get it whether i use itunes or windows media player or dell—how can i fix this?

Not responding appears as an error message, or the program doesn’t work?

Maybe you’re computer is just being slow. Put the cds in and wait quite a while. If it still doesn’t work, I’m not sure. Is this happening with all of your cds?
