you dont want to kiss him too soon, you will know when the time is right..
personally i would have to say wait for him to make the move, when you two are together and the time seems right, you’ll know..trust me

whenever you feel like its time? has the guy ever kissed someone? if not he may a lil more coaxing than normal (which was my case), if not then you can either 1 push it or just send signals or hints. one easy trick is to lean in real close, getting your faces pretty close however possible… read what hes reading put your head on his shoulder etc.

whenever you both feel comfortable to do so, there isnt a rule to it so take your time and make the first kiss memorable.
