live help: I have strange dreams. - Help.com

I have strange dreams.

They are very vivid, feel like they last all night, and I remember every single detail in them from style of flooring and decor of rooms to people and makes of cars, or whatever else is in the dream. I feel completely conscious in these dreams therefore I feel just as tired when I wake up than before I went to sleep. I’ve tried falling asleep with the tv on, tv off, no lights, lights on, and I live in a quite area so there isn’t anything disturbing me there, and I live alone. I’ve always had vivid dreams, but only once every couple of months, this is everyday so I’m exhausted. Why am I dreaming so much?

find control of the dreams

before you go to sleep, read what you consider to be writen medicen for the soal. i sujest the bible.

after you read, then wright, what the nature of your dreams feeling, and ability is.
not thier content.
then wright what you want to be able to do in the dream.

after you learn how to do what you want in the dream, then you are able to fource yourself into meditation. and your dream will laps over, if done right into true unconciousness , the kind you are describing your looking for.

I do notice that once I wake up I’ll feel a different emotion. Some dreams will make me feel just odd, but sometimes just having this dream about a lightening storm I felt terrified when I woke up, and vunerable.

I know dreams are just symbols, and your brains consciousness communicating with the subconcious, mainly to try and make snese of any problems you’ve been having. I’m just wondering if it is stress that is maybe affecting me.

I do realise that cheese and chocolate make my dreams more vivid! Cheese especially. It’s so random.

It would make sense to me if it was a recurring dream, but they are so incredibly different every time. It’s like a mini adventure every night.

your brain is very powerful and when you are not in deep sleep (no dreaming)
your brain has nothing to do.So it makes up stuff. Most of which is just plain garbage
with no particular use.
So just throw it all in the garbage in the morning and carry on.
