There was just a crazy *** fight outside on my block.

One of my friends punched this ***** dead in her face. And my cousin pushed her pregnant sister and she fell on her stomach. They said they were going to the police to file a report, but the sister’s boyfriend said he’s coming back here to murder someone tonight. Anyway, my question is can my cousin and friend get in trouble if the ******* laid hands on them first?

yes. anyone can file charges against anyone. it doesn’t matter whos fault it is. if they do go to the police someone might spend a night in jail and then the judge will sort out everything.

It was an accident. She tried to punch my cousin in the mayhem and he was fighting off the sister’s boyfriend. Without thinking, he just pushed. I agree though that’s messed up. I was the chivalrous one to pick her up though :p.
