I don’t know if iam anaroxic or not.

Iam 16 years old 45kg on 1.80cm (a boy)
i know iam so thin !!
but i wanna know why am i not eating well
because when i wake up (haven’t ate for about 8 hours)
i prepare myself something to eat
but i can’t eat it all i just feel iam full
it is like i know that iam so thin but i don’t know why i can’t eat alot
why i can’t finish my food.
maybe iam anaroxic or something ?
please help me
and tell me why i can’t eat alot and ways to improve that
maybe i need to get a treatment in a hospital
or there are just simple pills that i can take untill i get some kg’s on
to be in perefect shape (maybe 20 BMI)
