Feel help: So I’ve still got those cramps. - Help.com

So I’ve still got those cramps.

I told mum about it and she wants to take me to the doctor. But I don’t want to go. When I woke up, I went to the bathroom and nearly fainted, and I felt quite nauseated too. Didn’t tell her that though. But is there anything else I can do to make myself feel better? Any types of food or whatever. I’ve tried stretching and a hot bath.
Thanks in advance.

Why can’t you take any medicine?

I prefer doing things without medicine.

Maybe these can help.
Another thing I would suggest is those ThermaCare wraps. They work wonders.
