But that’s the thing I didn’t want anyone to take a copy FOR THEIR OWN. The way the guy was going on makes me shudder to think what he could be doing with that photo. Plus i’m 16 and he looked like 50 or 60 something I just want it deleted

You shouldn’t have put it on the internet in the first place.

When you put ANYTHING on the internet. It becomes viewable to ANYBODY. Theres nothing you can do apart from don’t post stuff about yourself online.

If you post a picture of yourself and your only 16, your letting peadophiles see it, rapists, kiddy fiddlers and god knows who else look at it and copy it for themselves.

Look up some tips on internet safety on google. Take care.

Thank u Karma,
trust me I’ve learnt. I just deleted my myspace account, deleted my flickr account and am sooo off yahoo answers. I just still feel a bit uncomfortable not knowing what he’s using it for. Although I can’t cure it I’m definitely preventing but I just wish there was a cure….

I know, just forget about it until now. He was probably just trying to flatter you or come on to you.

For one thing its really dumb to even post pics on a social networking site or a photosharing site and making it public you gotta use some common sense. Second theres nothing to stop some poor schmuck from coming in and taking that pic if its not protected or copy righted. You gotta use your head

Or you could make a myspace account, and put pictures you like on - for example my avatar, its one I made from a site somewhere. Rather than my real picture. Theres nothing keeping you from staying in touch with people. Just be careful with your personal info.
