My father is sick sleeping now thankfully, I don’t

get along with my sister and her husband hates me, my mother is tired of taking care of Dad and Grammy, I just recently messed up and now in some trouble ( I always tend to unconsiously this time of year… its a bad time of year)

How are you able to look past all the negative flashing itself in your face to see and be thankful for the positive. I am so thankful for all the good I have, but have such a hard time putting aside the negative.

why would you say that? I am grateful for what I have its just difficult sometimes to focus on the negative versus the positive

I’m sorry you assume that everyone that is sad for a moment and doesn’t want to burden their loved ones with it instead decides to reach out to the abyss is going to committ suicide?

I love life I would never do that to hurt my loved ones my friends and family. They love me
