Having trouble ‘getting started’
Okay so here it is, last year at college I was fine, top of the class full attendance, I had an interest in what I was studying, I was getting on with almost everyone and wasn’t too far off a perfect student. Now I’m onto the next course I’m the opposite, I keep being late, my classwork is to a lesser standard and I’m rushing assignments at the last second. I still have a very active interest in the class, but I just can’t seem to build up the motivation to actively do things ahead or on schedule. I’ve realised it as a problem but it’s continuing to happen, so I’m wondering now; how do I get myself back to how I used to be? There have been changes in my life admiteddly, but they can’t be pushed away or avoided. What do I do to get myself back to my old ways or to just get back into the habit of doing things properly? I seem to be procrastinating much more than I used to. I can only describe it as something like writers block. Thanks in advance
