I jammed my two big toe nails last year and they still have not grown out

How long does it take your nail to grow all the way back?? Also my feet look a bit rough. What are ways i can get them back to how they use to look? I use to love my feet now i hide them every chance i get and its rather annoying because i like walking around barefeet when im home relaxing

I stood on a friends toe about 5 years ago now and it has never grown back, she wears a false toe nail. Try going for regular manicures to keep your feet pretty, as for the damaged toes, falses may have to be the way to go
