When I start my computer up it starts on the screen

that says computer not switched off properly choose what screen including safe mode or windows will start up in a few seconds. I let windows boot up and after a few seconds it switches itself of and starts the whole process again. How do I stop it from doing this please?

Try following the instructions for starting the computer in safe mode.

You need to do a restore. Your boot INI file is corrupted and that is why it is rebooting every time. You shut it off wrong and it was damaged. Hope this helps :-)

Many thanks, how do I restore it. When I go into safe mode I get
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(0\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Drivers\——— ( here I get lines of different letters all ending in ’sys’

Please someone help

You need to press F10 or F11 to restore the system, or use the restore disk.
