No, titanium has a way too small young modulus, it would bend way too much.
Perhaps with a special alloyed, even so, you need something with a huge young modulus, like Feder-steel. Something that bends incredibly easily, but still holds a hard edge.

Yes with the propper use of different alloys to make a specialised compound it would be suitable, but it will be industrialy intense to do so.

still normal steel swords would probably be better.

A Titanium armor on the other hand, would be more usefull then steel armor.
