My mom and I just left to go to the mall for the sales. On the way we hit a deer in her huge dodge darango 2008…I saw everything, we hit the deer right infront of the passneger side of the front of the darango.. I noticed ti first and yelled deer my mom couldnt stop in time..I saw so much blood I started crying im still shakeing. That poor animal..I couldnt bear my self to get out of the car to see if it was okay, because if it was still alive it would be suffering..I hope its dead, I hope it died on impact.. I cant stop crying.

No the next person along is allowed to but not the person that hit it.

Empathy, its a b*tch hey.

So how you feeling now? Best you can do is look at ways for it not happening again. Can you get the unltra sonic devices over there? Kangaroo’s a major source of accident around my roads and there are things you can do.

It wasn’t your fault, and hope your feeling better.

No in my country you can’t in case you killed the animal on purpose to eat it and the next person that comes along can pick it up

okay..well..

I am still shaken up and feel horrible about the poor thing..I love deer their so peaceful and cute..yes we reported it..My mom drove the darango home while I was basically freaking out in the passenger seat with my face in my hands..We got home and woke up my dad and got in his truck to go see if we could find the poor thing and if it was still alive my dad was going to put it out of its missary.. We at first couldnt find it at all, and I was kind of hopeful but still torn thinking that it may have lived and is just one strong *** deer with a side made of steel, or the more realistic thing that it struggeled to move some where and is suffering to death(this thought kills me)..we still went and shopped(got every single thing on our list witch is amazing considering how many freaking people there were..)..We just got home 10 minutes ago and on the way home we were both looking on the side of the high way for the deer, we at first still in the day light couldn’t find it for a while but then we ended up finding the poor thing. It was a baby buck..hardly had any antlers..It had its eyes wide open, like it was stairing at me..I got back into the car and prayed that the poor thing died on impact and didnt suffer..

horrible experience…Were only lucky we weren’t driving my car (Pontiac sunfire, 2005) because the deer would have more then likely would have came threw the wind shield at me, with would have ended with me in the hospital..

Thank you everyone for being so caring…

yeah figures, assuming that your car is in such a miserable state that you would actually do that… I don’t think we have that in my country, then again. We hardly have any wild deer too…
