I need help with getting a deposit and first month’s rent by dec 1st.

It comes to $2500. I have a 4 children and a husband. My husband just started a new job, but it is too soon of time for his job to help. Please help my family not be homeless after this help I have it covered. My lease is up so I have to move by Dec 1st. Please Help.

Can you talk to your landlord and have him inspect the premises with you to make sure that you and he see that no damage is done to the property so he can write you a check on the spot? Most landlords wait at least 10 days before they give your money back.

You know that no one is going to be giving you any money, especially 2500 dollars. You knew that this was coming and posting three days before you need it is ridiculous. You are going to have to do the same as the rest of us. Save your money until you can make the move and pay your deposit and first months rent. Hope this helps :-)
