Help me find my career…

this is actually more out of interest as i am evaluating my career options at the moment and thought maybe you guys would have some interesting responses to mull over (no im not going to pick one career that sounds good, this is just for interest)

My greatest strength has proven to be spatial in many situations with my weakness being maths;

I have an ability to understand others very well, however im not all that good at communicating myself efficiantly;

I love to study, which has lead me to having numerous different interests ranging from delicate papercrafts to greasy mechanics, or from theraputic music to delving deep into the worlds of medical mysteries, mental illnesses and the discoveries of scientisits from yesteryear

I dropped out of school at only 12yrs old due to fears of physical and mental abuse (all complaints ignored) yet I kept a higher average iq over the years by educating myself

Professional memory tests indicate I have a memory functioning higher than most my age, but a lack of focus (yet to be determained) interupts information supply which makes it look like i have a bad memory

I dont like to work fast, which can be problamtic for employes wanting a speedy job, but i really have trouble not taking my time for a good job (not real slow, just not real fast)

Im very shy and standoffish, once bitten twice shy I guess, but when prompted I easily become passionate and outgoing

I have two children who will always come b4 any career but I would like to be passionate and caring about what part I am playing in the community

personally i find alot of it tends to contradict itself,lol
so, what type of profession comes to ur mind……ask any extra questions u like that might help u think……….

lol, im a bad speller myself.
Ive thought of couselling b4, but what turns me off about it is the red tape, theres not alot of room to explore the mind and discover the ‘real’ differences between people and their needs, u have to go by the book these days, when i read of the dicoveries of people like sigmund frued and milton erikson and how they acheived them, makes we sad that suck an ‘evolved’ comunity has slowed down the research by red taping everything instead of exploring outside the square, sadly it must be since others b4 have expoited rights in the past and we now must be protected from this again

You seem very intelligent so maybe a teacher? or university professor?

Or like anon said: a councellor, since you are very good at understanding people.
