i need to get a gf but i cant.

my social anxiety disorder stops me from doing so much. if you dont know what s.a.d. is, it makes me shy, but its alot more than that. i get nervous just tlkng to someone. i can never fully be myself because i constantly think about what other people will think about me.

i need to get a gf too so i can forget about my ex.

what is light treatment???

i was with my one friend and she was with another girl walkin down the road and they came over. and we kinda hung out a little that day. we saw each other like 3 times after that like in the course of a month and then we finally hookd up.

idk but with her, it was somethin different cuz i wasnt too shy with her.

and i dont think i’ll find anyone thats gunna not care about how i am.

Put the name of the light box in your web/browser search engine box. It should bring up vendors that sell it. Let me if it helps, okay?

You can buy the light bulbs as well. It may be more affordable that way than the light boxes, even though I don’t know how much they cost.

Please go to www.naturebright.com they are just one of the many vendors.

I also put in the search engine box SAD light Boxes and it came up with quite a few.

You might try SAD light Bulbs. These just screw into an existing lamp.
