Pain and nociception help: Please help! - Help.com

Please help!

In Los Angeles area I am looking for a medical program for my brother who was seriously injured (has metal in hands, back, neck) in a car accident. He is hooked on 7 different types of pain pills. We are looking for a program to get him off the pills and to get him into a pain management program. He has some insurance.
