play help: I have a small orange and red teddy bear rattle. - Help.com

I have a small orange and red teddy bear rattle.

I’ve had it since I was a baby, and my mom tells me my grandmother got it for me in a baby play mat. She described it as the teddy bear came out of a pocket and was removable along with other toys and the play mat was square shaped. The teddy bear is orange in the front, red in the back, with a rattle inside. His face is a white circle with red outlines,two blue circles for eyes, a blue nose and smile, he has a bowtie,red outlined with light blue polka dots over his tummy, another white circle with red outline, and two red outlined circles on his paws. His legs are sewn together, and he is pretty flat. The rattle is in head internally. I’d really like to find the mat he came with,if someone can help please.
