want to start a business

I want to start a business of my own. To be specific I want to Franchise a Ben & Jerry’s. I need funding. I have the franchise fees and everything like that already paid for; I just need money for construction cost. Anyone know where that money could be found? I am 19 so NO bank will ever loan any money to me

SO, if you still feel like a bank isn’t an option, ask your local chamber of commerce for information on local venture capitalists. Also, look up venture capital on wikipedia.org or google.com.

There are lots of people who have lots of money who want to find ways to invest it, and they might put up the money for your building costs if they think they will get a good return. Also, do you have to build? Have you looked into using an already built property? Maybe that’s not an option, I don’t know.

I am not going ot be building up from the ground. It will be an inline store in a Arbor Place Mall the 2nd busiest and most profitable mall in GA. We have the spot picked out which will be located directly across the food court and right beside the movie theater.
