I want to be hot!
I used to be gorgeous in high school. Long blonde hair, blue eyes, petite, cute. Now…I just feel unattractive. I have more acne for who knows why, I’ve gained about 20 pounds, and my personality just sucks. I don’t have a lot of friends, I’m not going to school and don’t ever go out. I want to be that cutie again. I want guys to notice me, I want to feel sexy in a bikini, I want to have beautiful skin. Anyone know of anything to help me about all my problems??

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
if you aren’t happy then change it… exercise, wash your face twice once in the morning and then once at nite…you have to have self confidence for the guys, i’ve noticed that when i am happy with myself then they notice me more
I’m going through the same thing. The only thing I can tell you is let that feeling motivate you and hit the gym hard. Take care of your skin. And talk to people to develop your personality again. I know what your going through. Hang in there.
LOL!! Who doesn’t want to be hot??
Well, actually there are people who could care less. But for many people, it really helps their self esteem to know that they are attractive to others.
And….women age differently than men. Because of the stereotypes/different standards….men are seen as handsome as they age and women aren’t seen as anything quite so flattering…yet women are the ones whose bodies carry the babies around, nurture them, feed them, take care of the household, etc. And, women have more fat content in their bodies. So, since they are less musuclar, it is easier for them to ’sag.’
Having said all that….it is time that you look at yourself for more than just your physical appearance. I know, I know…you mentioned your personality too….but the way you mentioned it implies that your personality is tied up in a neat little bow with your looks.
Also, people who judge you based on your looks only are shallow people, and not worth your time.
Remember this: people are more than their parts
Remember this, too: People have souls and spirits….and those things are what matters in the long run.
Incidentally….I’m certain that you are still a ‘cutie,’ and you need to pick yourself up off the floor and start living your life. When you do that, happiness will follow.
You could start exercising for the exstra weight. Start useing proactive. Go out and buy yourself some new cute clothes that make you feel pretty. Dress up and go out to a club or something with some friends! Start eating more healthy. Laughing is good for the soul.
Some people have acne that will never go away without treatment. Go to a dermatologist and get your skin back! And lose the weight. Don’t do these things to attract guys . . . do them for your own health and happiness! Once you are feeling good about yourself, the guys will follow!
You don’t have to put up with acne or extra weight. Medication will wipe out the acne, and exercise will wipe out the weight. You will feel better knowing that your skin is not being ravaged by that stupid skin condition and that your heart is not being strained by that extra weight.
By the way, forget about over the counter acne treatments, as they are simply a waste of money. You will need prescription topical medications.
Agree that it’s what’s inside that counts as far as character goes. But I also hold that we should take care of ourselves for OUR sake.
You have to change first your thougts. Change from the inside to the outside. Remember You’re a soul within a body and no otherwise. What is important is invisible to the eye.
its like this ::If you buy a brand new Car and don’t wash it ,don’t look after it ,within a Month or two it looks like Sh$$$ .Now i tell you a Secret ,because i like you ,not that I’m keen or anything .Because barbyman is not that silly.Sometimes !First go and get some Anti Static Wet Wipes Tissues. They not that expansive.Clean your face Four times Daily with these Tissues properly. Then just use a good moisturiser Cream and wait till it drys .Don’T ,repeat Don’T put on to much make up and you are back in the game i barbyman.com will guarantee it..

Acne will go away by itself!
Not true.
For me, the only thing that works is B/C. I’ve never really had horrible skin problems, but things got worse as I got older. The only thing that keeps my face clear is B/C. Try Neutrogena too. I use it to basically clean off my make-up, but I think it also helps as well.
Eat healthy and exercise. Do not starve yourself.
Stop looking at things so negatively. Think of the glass as half full.
Well i have a dermatologist and she gave me antibiotics (Minocycline) to take twice a day and it works great! My skin is clearing up! also clindamycin its roll on stuff that will get rid of bacteria. I put that on first(twice a day), then i put on Retin-A, and that dries out the skin. And that is only once a day.
And if you have hair that is in your face, pin it up with a bobby pin or something, because I found that helps! (your skin won’t get oil from your hair this way.)
What is B/C?
Thank you everyone for the support!
Dear Anonymous,
I have been going through the same thing. The Acne thing is very irritating (I agree with you on that). But what I did was attack the problem from the source… your diet! YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! I am old enough to not have acne (or so you would think). But b/c I still have it I have change what and when I eat. I started looking at books that will help me and I found one called, “The Beauty Diet” by Lisa Drayer. She will tell you what foods make your skin glow, your hair shinny, your nails strong, teeth whiter, eyes brighter and skinny! She gives really good advice as to why what you eat can hurt your skin and your metabolism (very educational but not boring). I dont personally know the author or anything (just to reassure you its not a selfish plug or anything). But I was very impress about what I learned and how good I feel now.
tips i have learned: eat a lot of GOOD food: like a ton of protein and veggies (so good for you)
Also, drink your water!! it is amazing how good you look after a month of drink the needed amount of water daily!
I have spent a ton of $$$ on dermatologist, face washes and lotions, retin-a creams etc… but your diet will fix your problem and prevent your skin from aging!

Birth control pills.
I know that eating the proper food is important, but some teenagers have very overactive oil glands. I believe that acne medicine is the way to go. Teens have enough identity/self-confidence issues without the complicating effects of acne. This is one malady that needs to go–just like measles, mumps and chicken pox!
I know eactly what would change your life!!!
The product that I live by is Isagenix!!
I originally started this because I was desperate to lose weight for my wedding. I try everything and anything. All I ever ended up doing was feeling tired, weak, no energy and then I be starving to the point that I would over eat and put even more weight on. Then I heard about Isagenix. My Husband didn’t allow me to get, but I begged and begged. Then he researched the product and found out that its worth to give it a try. I lost 27bls and my husband lost 35 or so. The most amazing thing is that we both kept the weight off for 1year now.
This product is not a “weight loss”, it basically gets everyone back into their “normal body weight” Some can gain if they are underweight and some may loss. Our bodies are filled with toxins from just breathing in the air. As a defence mechanism our body creates fat cells around the toxins to protect us from toxicity.
Isagenix helps get rid of those nasty toxins…so you loss the toxins and the fat cells as well. This is AMAZING!!!
I feel fantastic, energized, sleep better…..I mean this changed my life. It really did. So I am on mission to help others learn about this so everyone can feel as amazing as we do.
be ur self you dont need all dis to find som1 ok but keep ur body active ayt
