An Analysis of Anger —антихрист

Normal blood flow 90/60
Suddenly dashing
Nerve constrictions
Shortness of breath

The mind begins screaming
A billion lower nerves cry out in unison
The fists respond with noticeable clenching

The jaw, feeling left out
Mimics those tell-tale hands
It too stiffens
Along with all other muscles
And tendons

Taut and ready

The eyes are the last to join in
But when they too go
The scope suddenly narrows
Peripheral vision fading fast

The only thing that remains
Is the target
Which has found itself the
Center of attention

Taut not Taught…

Other than that, it’s pretty cool.

Dr. Cuddy beat me to it! ;-)

Hmmm . . . “nerve constrictions”? We normally think of muscles as contracting or constricting. Recommend you “wordsmith” that!
