work help: My Toshiba Satelite L300 laptop refuses to boot, gives a message to repair or to start normally. - Help.com

My Toshiba Satelite L300 laptop refuses to boot, gives a message to repair or to start normally.

Neither of these options work and the machine loops back to re boot into the same options. Anyone any suggestions, I do not have the repaire discs for this machine.

Many thanks and here’s hoping

Ohh wait sorry did’nt read the whole post. If it just keeps rebooting then I’m sorry but you will have to reinstall windows. You can use a live cd of ubuntu or some linux os to copy all your files that you need onto an other hard drive but thats about all you can do.

Try pressing F10 or F11 at boot and see if the restore isnt on a backup section of your hdd, if it is then just restore to a date before that problem started. Hope this helps :-)
