e-mail help: I cannot do my job effectively because there are individuals in the organization who are not doing their jobs efficiently. - Help.com

I cannot do my job effectively because there are individuals in the organization who are not doing their jobs efficiently.

They are rude if you ask for pertinent documents, info, etc. and they still do not comply. One of these individuals is my direct boss, one sits in a big office with all the data at their fingertips, on is a supervisor with whom I am working on a “special need” basis. Do I walk in tomorrow and call them all foul names? Do I sit on all the incriminating info that they are not doing their jobs (tons of emails, screen shots, etc)? Do I dance an Irish jig just to show them how nutso I have become? Help!

i would see the characteristic of the boss and the company first, but ideally i would have a talk with the boss, explain to him what’s happening personally while doing my best not to sound criticizing but ‘want to improve myself and the company’, at least that’s just exactly what i would expect from my own…
